Brooklyn-based freelance writer
I'm a freelance writer at New York Magazine, where I was previously on staff. I write about the city's housing and culture, including 'Living Arrangements,' a column exploring the lengths New Yorkers go to cohabitate. I previously reported on all things Brooklyn and Queens for the local news site, Patch. I've also contributed to Time Out Magazine, Hearst Magazines, and other online sites.

In May 2019 I graduated from Barnard College (with honors), where I studied cities and people (B.A. in urban studies and sociology) with a focus on independent research topics ranging from gentrification to gendered space.
